In addition to performing numerous site updates for this site, OFBF (Ohio Fam Bureau Federation) requested an addition to their site that would enable users of a specific group to access a password protected area of the site that would contain training materials and other documents that they did not wish to share with the general public.
As there was already a CMS in place for this specific site that was password protected and capable of file uploads, I suggested that we leverage what we already had and create a customized section that would look and feel like a private section of the site but would in fact be a part of the overall CMS.
Accomplished this by customizing the CMS to change its appearance based on the user logging in so they would never know they would think they were accessing a private section that contained only training materials, and to only show the applicable sections to users if they were only granted access to traning materials.
