I currently work for a digital micro agency in the Short North called Coexist (coexistcreative.com). I serve as an interactive developer, but I have also worked far outside of this role when needed. Coexist has given me the unique ability to work with a wide range of clients in numerous industries, allowing me to not only serve as a developer but also partcipate in brainstorming and design related decisions.

I am capable of working in multiple languages, platforms, and operating systems and pride myself on adapting quickly and being able to choose the best solution for the job. In my current position, I have worked in a number of capacities including (but not limited to): Interactive pieces using Flash and/or Jquery, Micro/Fullscale websites equipped with custom content management systems, Debugging/Adding additional functionality to legacy websites, Facebook integration, etc.

Prior to working for Coexist, I worked my first two years out of college at Deloitte & Touche serving as an IT consultant. In that time I worked with numerous clients in many different industries, and learned many skills that I leverage in my current position as an interactive developer.

A role model of mine growing up was Steve Prefontaine who once said "Somebody may beat me, but they are going to have to bleed to do it." From my running days in high school to my transitioning of careers and moving into the interactive space, I continue to find that if I'm willing to work harder than anyone else I can accomplish just about anything.

My first two years of college were spent as an art major with a focus on Graphic Design. While I chose to pursue a major in MIS, I still have a passion for art and design.

Traveling is one of my greatest passions, be it the pyramids of Egypt or a hike in the woods, I believe that every place has a story to tell.

Books/Movies
I am an avid reader, some of my favorites include The Devil in the White City, A Walk in the Woods, The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao and the list goes on. I absolutely love movies, and will quote movies until I am asked to stop so please don't go down that road.
